As a **Sales Administration Co-Ordinator** based in Auckland, New Zealand, you will report to the Refinish Business Manager, NZ. You will manage all day-to-day operations of a variety of office/administrative services to ensure that the Refinish SBU’s current and future needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage SAP inputs, invoices, rebates and Vendor Management for the NZ Refinish business.
- Prepare agendas & make arrangements for meetings.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial data, and other documents.
- Provide a full range of secretarial duties.
- Provide assistance and support to the Refinish Sales team.
- Attend to incoming correspondence and direct to relevant departments for action.
- Attend management meetings, take minutes, transcribe, and distribute.
- Collate and produce marketing material i.e., production of annual calendar, uniforms, etc.
- Manage all requests for sponsorship.
- Organise induction procedures for new staff.
- Complete all confidential typing regarding Refinish issues.
- EH&S Representative attend monthly meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Business Studies and/or Secretarial training or equivalent on the job experience of at least five years.
- Working knowledge of SAP operating system.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Other Databases & systems).
- Strong communication, influencing and diplomacy skills.
