Location: Simsey Place, Te Rapa Park, Hamilton Position Type: Permanent, full-Time Days: Monday to Friday Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMStart Date: Immediate Mō te tūranga mahi | About the Role As a Knife Hand - Meat Processor, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team delivering high-quality meat cuts to specification. You’ll bring precision, speed, and consistency to every task, supporting the coordination of on-time delivery of protein products from our Waikato Butchery Processing Plant. Key responsibilities include: Cutting meat to separate fat, tissue, and bone Performing specialised cuts and deboning Wrapping, packing, and labelling meat products Operating machinery and multi-station deboning lines Preparing red emat/Poultry to specification Performing quality inspections and supporting food hygiene compliance Cleaning and maintaining equipment Assisting with heavy lifting and ingredient batching Ensuring stock rotation and proper storage Supporting smooth production processes and traceability He kōrero mōu | About You You’re self-motivated, physically fit, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your work and bring a strong commitment to food safety and operational excellence.
