We have an exciting opportunity to join our Infrastructure and Digital Assets team.
The Contract Analyst (Digital) is responsible for undertaking analysis and reporting and contract management in relation to the Department's outsourced commercial contracts for Electronic Security, IT and telecommunications services across the Department.
You'll support the wider team with analysis and coordination of the contracts and commercial relationships we own. You'll also have the opportunity to build relationships, provide advice to internal stakeholders on best practice and how to work within the Departments policies. Through your support and advice, you will assist the Department in delivering positive technology-related outcomes for the people in our care.

- Demonstrated competence in gathering, analysing and presentation of qualitative and quantitative information
- Strong analytical, statistical, and numerical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to diagnose root causes of problems
- The ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster solid working relationships with stakeholders
- A creative, proactive, and organised approach to tasks
- Demonstrated experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferably Visio.
