**The Role**: As a Healthcare Coordinator at Life Plus, you’ll be the heart and soul of keeping our 24/7 services running smoothly. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring our fabulous clients are cared for and our fantastic staff are supported—even outside of regular hours. Based in our Auckland office (Eden Terrace), you’ll take charge of scheduling, filling shifts, and solving any client or staffing queries like a true problem-solving ninja.

This role comes with flexible hours and a rotating roster, which means you'll need to be ready for anything and everything. It’s a perfect gig if you love variety and thrive under a little pressure. Here’s a peek at the shifts you’ll be working:
Monday to Friday: 3:30pm - 11pm or 10:30pm - 8:30am
Saturday & Sunday: 7am - 3pm, 2:30pm - 11pm, 10am - 7pm or 10:30pm - 8:30am

**About You**: We’re looking for someone fun, flexible, and unstoppable If you’re a customer service pro, a team player who can juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want YOU. Here’s what makes you our perfect match:

- Previous experience with scheduling or rostering (you’ve got this)
- Healthcare industry knowledge (bonus points)
- Killer customer service skills
- A multi-tasking master with ninja-like problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal—you’re a wordsmith)
- You’re flexible and ready to roll with night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
