We are looking for a customer service/administrator superstar to join the Geneva Healthcare team in a permanent capacity If you pride yourself on your organisation skills, have a real interest in the healthcare sector and have a passion for providing top of the line service coordination, we want to hear from you

**Key tasks of this role include**:

- Receive, allocate, acknowledge and enter all incoming referrals and client information
- Liaise with funders regarding bookings/approvals
- Maintain systems and spreadsheets with referral updates as these are received
- Provide courteous, timely and sensitive front line telephone service
- Ensure compliance tracking, review and analysis of referral data to ensure within funders timelines
- Act as key point of contact for therapist’s queries and accounts for unpaid invoices
- Provide quotes for private referrals/new funders requiring professional rehabilitation services
- Receiving completed reports, reviewing for administrative completeness and saving to team database
- Provide administrative support to the Management team and Clinical Staff where required
- Provide cover and support for other Geneva Administrators as required and agreed for periods of leave and other business needs
- Update contractor’s information/funders information in systems and to Management and teams
- Processing contractor and staff invoices/timesheets including saving documentation where necessary
- Answering queries regarding invoices received, following up on payments, rejecting invoices where necessary

- Excellent computer skills, including accurate fast typing skills
- Excellent problem solving skills - ability to organise efficiently
- Awareness of how to prioritise
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Work well within a small team environment, build and maintain good relationships
