**Responsibilities**
- **Provide superior customer service to meet the on-site client’s expectations**:

- **Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.**:

- **Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon Health and Safety compliant.**:

- **Manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment**
- **Provide support to the Facilities Manager for all initiatives, process implementation, reports and project related matters when required.**:

- **Proactively support daily Reception Operations, and set ups for client events.**:

- **Assist with coordinating moves and changes in the office space.**:

- **Manage Google’s Ticketing System requests - Focal point for day-to-day operational activities**:

- **Proactively manage meeting room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for all requesters.**:

- **Assist with the monitoring of Planned Preventative Maintenance (soft services) programme and ensure vendors perform and carry out all services as per schedule.**

- **A strong communicator with good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels and support staff**

**Employee Specification**
- **Minimum two years' experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Hospitality preferred**:

- **Demonstrated broad range of relevant experience
