Oaks Wellington Hotel are looking for full-time team members who are enthusiastic and professional. The positions available include Guest Service Agent, Assistant Night Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor. Please indicate which position you would be most interested in.

**Guest Service Agent/ Assistant Night Manager responsibilities include**:

- Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining the front office and reception operational standards.
- Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
- Maintaining professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills.

**Food and Beverage Supervisor responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bar and conferences at the hotel.
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Liaising with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
- Supervising, training and assisting Food & Beverage Attendants.

**Qualifications**

Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service and guest services is advantageous.
