We are looking for a Guest Service Superstar to join our Front Office team.
**Job Description**:
- Our Guest Service Agents are the face of our Hotel, the first to say Kia ora and the final Ka kite ano upon departure
- You have a passion for welcoming people, creating memorable guest stays and assisting with enquiries.
- You will be performing check ins & check outs with excellent communication skills ensuring a seamless stay.
- You will be an advocate for Accors Live Limitless loyalty program, showcasing to our guests the wonderful benefits of being a member
**Qualifications**:
- Customer service experience
- A people person - the passion to create memorable moments
