Role Overview

Rydges Wellington is a leading four-star property featuring 280 rooms in the heart of the city. We are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires a strong focus on service excellence, operational accuracy, and collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to all guests.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain precise records of transactions and reservations.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries and special requests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Offer informed recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist with valet parking services, ensuring safe handling of guest vehicles.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, but a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences is essential.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident communication style.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A full driver's license for valet duties.
