We have a vacant role of Full-time Trade Technician. You will be required to work between 30 hours 40 hours from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Saturday). We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it. Ensuring everyones safety by complying with Companys Health and safety obligations.

**Core requirements**:

- Maintain and installation of new equipment such as PCs, laptops, servers, terminals, printers, and modems.
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
- Provide technical support for new and existing customers.
- Repairing mobile phones, computers, iPad and iPhone and Tablets etc
- Managing Data, networking backup and Proven Troubleshooting skills.
- Device management (Mobile phones, tablets, desktops, etc).
- Knowledge of test documentation and initiative to learn new technology.
- Polished presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Good at identifying problems and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Able to work independently and compatibility to work on weekends.
- Previous work experience Preferable
- Clean Character background
- Zero tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace
