Ict Technicians

We are looking for
- 3 experienced ICT Technicians - pay rate ($27.76-$30)to join our team. This is a full-time Permanent position with minimum of 30 hours of work per week.

This role requires skilled and motivated individual/s who are prepared
to operate in a busy environment.

As we are now an Apple-approved Independent Repair Provider,
training.

Basic Requirements for ICT Technicians:

Able to fix iPhone, SmartPhone, Tabs, iPad, Mac and Computers
- Assist customers to choose products providing information on quality,

characteristics of products, warranties, and maintenance.
- Maintain Inventory Management
- Dealing with customers Face to Faceand also over the phone.
- Assist in tidying the store including keeping the store clean and

tidy, re-arranging shelves, etc
- Able to run store independently.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Phone and computer repair experience
- Ability to work in a pressured and fast-paced situation.
- Able towork with minimum supervision.
- Disciplined approach to job responsibilities.
- Able to work well in a team and have the ability to adapt to change
- Enthusiastic, Honest, and responsible.
- Knowledge of Trade me

Pay is dependent on prior experience and skills.
