**Job description**:

- Lead a team of construction workers to deliver construction plans on site
- Assist Construction Managers in planning construction projects
- Plan and schedule construction tasks for workers
- Order and organize materials and supplies, and conduct inspections, ensuring compliance with standards
- Monitor progress against work schedule and budget
- Liaise with the client to ensure all the quality aspect of the task are met in line with statutory and legislative provisions and their requirements
- Monitor and record team members’ performance
- Demonstrate good planning and organisation in your day-to-day activities
- Be pro-active in the approach to safety issues

**Job pre-requisites**:

- At least three years of relevant experience OR a relevant diploma qualification
- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
- Being physically fit
