**About the Role**
As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of our concrete and formwork operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations and lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Interpret construction drawings, set out works from grid lines, datums, and levels, and provide on-site technical support.
- Manage health and safety practices, implement quality assurance systems, and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor the site team to foster skill development, teamwork, and a strong site culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**About You**
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of **6 years’ experience** managing medium to large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Expertise in **system formwork** and **concrete construction**.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and setting out works from grid lines, datums, and levels.
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and familiarity with power tools.
- Solid computer skills, including experience with **MS Office** and **Procore**.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
