**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Team Leadership & Coordination**
- Supervise and direct labourers during daily site activities.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity.
- Train and guide less experienced crew members.

1. **Ground Preparation & Foundations**
- Carry out site clearing, levelling, and compaction.
- Measure, mark, and set out levels for foundations.
- Assist in trenching, base preparation, and reinforcement placement.

2. **Concrete Works**
- Build and install formwork/boxing for slabs, walls, and foundations.
- Support concrete pouring, screeding, vibrating, and finishing.
- Assist with saw cutting, curing, and surface preparation.

3. **Construction & Assembly**
- Assist in building walls, roofing, flooring, and shed structures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Transport, handle, and organise construction materials.

4. **Equipment & Tool Care**
- Clean, maintain, and store tools and small machinery after use.
- Report and assist in troubleshooting faulty tools or equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is ready and safe for daily use.

5. **Safety & Site Standards**
- Enforce PPE use and safe work practices at all times.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free.
- Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
