The Opportunity

Your talent is critical to help us build and develop our QA practice. We are in a growth mode and are looking for senior leaders and test managers to join us to manage projects and people. We are looking to you to explore project opportunities, build and implement test strategies, and to lead a team of testers to deliver quality results for our customers. You will leverage your experience as a test lead / test manager to create and implement effective test plans/approaches that will meet the needs of the customer within the constraints of schedules and budgets. You will understand the role that automation can play to enhance an effective test strategy. To perform optimally, you will need a strong background in testing lifecycles, test engagement models, good QA practices, test/defect management tool usage, reporting and presenting to executive levels.

Great What skills do I need?
To earn a place on our team you must be able to devise and implement a successful test approach for a project, including both manual and automated testing. You must be able to work independently with mínimal guidance and to successfully guide a team that may be composed of Datacom and customer testers. You must be willing to get your hands dirty - to dig in and help with testing as needed. You must demonstrate strong and successful leadership experience, having worked in a similar role for at least three years.

**We will ask you to show us your**:

- Proven knowledge of the proper testing approach across the software testing levels and with various software development lifecycles such as Agile and DevOps
- Ability to analyse a project, determine the optimal approach and test management tools
- Background in IT in general, software testing in particular
- Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business-focused environment
- Knowledge of a variety of software testing practices and current methodologies and tools
- Ability to develop and implement software testing strategies and procedures
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating testing activities across multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities
- Ability to monitor and report on testing progress and results
- Ability to identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the quality of the software
- Have strong leadership and team management skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train and develop a team with mixed skills and experience levels
- Dedication to improvement via training, certifications or self-study
