**The Role**
To support the rapid growth of our business, we are seeking a highly motivated test lead who can work in a fast-paced environment. We have a lot of projects happening concurrently and we are looking for people who thrive on getting things done.
In this position, you will be part of a team providing day-to-day testing for the project teams who adopt Agile ways-of-working in accordance with the Agile principles and values. You will be part of the successful delivery of the program of work.
This position will work primarily with Salesforce developers and functional consultants to define new features, find bugs, and help drive feature development to completion.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Use manual, smoke, UI, functional, happy path, integration, regression, security, load and system testing and related test-tooling
- Collaborate with the squad to ensure that all changes are tested appropriately and ensure that testability is part of new features and strategies for feature and system wide testing
- Find, triage and report defects, bugs and aberrant system behaviour
- Develop a constructive, internal customer relationship with other departments
- Write QA functional specs and analyse user stories and requirements
- Be responsible for assessing testing requirements, scope and sizing for forward planning of releases
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred
- At least 5 years + experience in software testing in agile software development methodologies, values, principles and practices
- Domain knowledge in Salesforce, CRM, Identity, Entitlement Systems, eCommerce, Data Analytics, BI systems would be very beneficial
- Test automation skills with great test process / notes / strategy / test management strategy; Salesforce, preferred
- Experience managing/organizing business users for UAT, test automation & manual test
- A proven analytical and lateral approach to problem solving with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and prioritise work based on the requirements and effectively communicate status to management
