We are currently looking for Shift Supervisors and an Ass. Manager, that is responsible for running shifts, Providing a great customer experience to all of our valued customers, and Supporting the team to keep the store clean, tidy and well-stocked assisting the store manager/Owner to able to run the store independently and efficiently in the Store Owner's absence.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a busy Store.

You would be required to perform the following duties:

- Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store
- Train and coach staff and drive performance.
- Direct and motivate a team within a busy Quick Service Restaurant.
- Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs
- Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment.
- Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team.
- Some business understanding to help with the running of the store.
- Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed.
- Passion to train and coach others.

Minimum Experience of One Year within a Pizza Hut/Dominos Pizza Industry is highly preferred.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

- NZ Full/Restricted/Internationl (Valid)

- Night Shift (preferred)

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
