To ensure the profitable growth of the FCTG Independent business through a focus on implementation and adoption of systems and technologies and provision of business support that ultimately drives increased retention & improved share of wallet from members.

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Guiding independent contractors to set up, maintain and grow a strong and sustainable business through accessibility and great customer relationships
- Maintain standards of on-boarding and off-boarding of independent contractors (ensuring customer security)
- Maintain and update (as necessary) our independent contractor guiding principles in the Operational handbook.
- Provide communication support for key platform updates and process refinement.
- Building a community within the networks for support, encouragement, learning and comradery.
