Technical Services Manager

- Proactively manage maintenance, preventative works and capex projects
- Provide support and technical guidance on a wide range of property related matters
- Assist with financial reporting, obtaining consents, BWOF, compliance etc
- Uphold the highest level of H&S and manage contractors when on site

**Skills & Experience**
- 3 years of relevant experience in facilities/building management
- Trades and projects experience
