**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a **Secretariat **to join our **Technical Services **team to provide a high-level secretariat, research and insights support to Technical Services working groups, sprint teams, and the Technical Services Leadership Group (TSLG).

**In this diverse role you will**:

- Be responsible for providing high-level secretariat, research and insights support to Technical Services working groups, sprint teams, and the Technical Services Leadership Group.
- Provide administration support, co-ordinate meetings, ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, while working closely with all Technical Services Leadership Group members and the Technical Services Communications team.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and distribution of Technical Services Leadership Group’s agendas, pre-reads, determining meeting cadence (with EA support), producing accurate and concise minutes, tracking actions during meetings, and conducting follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of administrative processes and systems improvements.
- Support the TSLG assisting in the coordination, implementation and running of working groups and sprint teams as required.
- Work with the Global Knowledge Advisor to document insights from knowledge platforms and tools highlighting knowledge sharing and active Service Line participation.
- Liaise with stakeholders, managing, inquiries, and requests.
- Manage relevant communication channels including MS Teams.
- Identify and implement technology systems and processes for tracking tasks and priorities.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Ideally a Tertiary qualification in Business, Arts and/or Communications with several years’ experience in a similar role providing secretariat and research/insights support to executive teams and/or advisory committees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing, documenting research and in producing accurate and concise minutes and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Member of a relevant professional association eg Governance Institute or willingness to become a member will be highly regarded.
