**The Role / Person**
Are you passionate about helping teams deliver great projects? Join us as a Project Business Partner and play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered across Council.
As a Project Business Partner, you will support consistent best practice project initiation, planning, implementation and reporting across the organisation. Your role will be to strengthen internal project management capability, to provide practical tools and support, and to enable project managers to uphold consistent governance and reporting standards.
Excellent listening skills and proactive relationship management will be critical as you work alongside our project managers to ensure that processes followed support efficient and effective delivery, while also capturing the insights required by the business to guide strategic decision making.
To be successful in this role you will be an enquiring thinker who knows how to effectively guide and influence at a high level.
We’re looking for someone who is results-focused, highly organised, and a natural collaborator. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, building capability in others, and making a real difference through smarter project delivery and reporting, we’d love to hear from you.
