Salary range is $150,450 to $177,000 plus bonus, 5% Kiwisaver and health insurance.

**About the role**:
This role aims to build the mindsets and practices required to bring Safety and Wellbeing to life, embedding the Z risk management principles within their investment streams, consistent with the strategy - ensuring all members understand the system, and have the capability required to operate it.

You will work with senior stakeholders and be accountable for bringing the outcomes prescribed to life, within your area of accountability.

**What you will bring to Z**:
We anticipate you will currently be working in a senior capacity, within a high-risk environment - taking into account modern day safety practices, with a proven ability to build robust relationships with key stakeholders and driving capability through advice and facilitation of risk management processes across an organisation.

***In depth understanding of risk management principles
- Experience in a complex, dynamic and changing environment
- Knowledge of industry best-practice and the desire to drive continuous improvement
- Be action orientated and outcome focussed

- Relevant qualification in risk management, safety
