Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Beca Full time NZ$120,000 - NZ$180,000 per year

Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

This newly created role reports directly to the Director of Finance Transformation and offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the execution of both functional and cross-functional transformation initiatives. While the role sits within Finance and supports the finance transformation journey, its scope extends across the wider business, enabling enterprise-wide change and continuous improvement. You'll champion a system-first mindset to solve key business process challenges, embedding transformation principles that uplift operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

A key part of your role will be to create, maintain and communicate a centralised view of the transformation roadmap—anchored in Finance but integrated with broader organisational priorities. This includes close alignment with the Oracle Fusion roadmap and the overall enterprise strategy. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to surface strategic insights, refine transformation priorities, and ensure delivery remains responsive to evolving business needs.

You'll foster strong relationships across teams, mentoring functional leaders and ensuring cohesive programme delivery across the business. Innovation will be central to your work, as you identify emerging technologies such as Agentic AI—particularly within Oracle Fusion—that support our evolving operating model. In parallel, you will build readiness across Finance and the wider business for Oracle Fusion adoption, driving capability uplift and alignment with future-state ways of working. Ultimately, you'll grow transformation capability by embedding best practices, tools, and frameworks that support long-term success across the organisation.

Ko wai koe | About you

You are a strategic and collaborative transformation leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide change from conception to completion. With strong project management skills and a sharp focus on benefits realisation, you're confident navigating complex systems and leading operational excellence across functions. You bring deep knowledge of transformation frameworks and finance systems—particularly Oracle Fusion—and thrive in dynamic, international business environments.

Your analytical mindset and attention to detail enable you to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. You're a natural leader who mentors others, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and communicates with clarity and influence at all levels. You're resilient, results-oriented, and comfortable managing delivery across cross-functional teams. You embrace innovation, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and adapt to evolving business needs. Above all, you model Beca's values, act with integrity, and contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
