**About this role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Strategic Asset Management Specialist (Railways) join our team in Auckland. Here you will be supporting the delivery of asset management projects throughout New Zealand. This is a full time role for 40 hours per week, located in our Auckland office, Level 2, Hayman Kronfeld Building, 15 Galway Street, Auckland. The salary range is between $120-140k.

What will I do?
- Deliver Strategic Asset Management Improvement projects related to rail infrastructure.
- Develop Client-wide strategic Asset Management plans (in line with ISO 55001).
- Develop Asset Management Improvements based on Best Practice Principles (IIMM, AMBoK).
- Lead the development of a clear line of sight between Client requirements and Asset Management plans.
- Develop and implement site safety management plans covering site inspection works.

What will I bring?
- At least 10 years’ experience of working on rail Asset Management and maintenance (Including inspections).
- Relevant industry experience in Civil (Rail) Engineering
- Chartered membership of relevant Engineering Institution (Preferably Engineering NZ)
- At least 3 years’ experience of working on Strategic Asset Management and / or AM Improvement
- Experience of leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects
