**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic and motivated Housekeeping team. This role provides the opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper and Property Manager to conduct thorough inspections and ensure our luxury accommodation is maintained to a consistently high standard. It also involves supporting, training and motivating the team to maintain high engagement and performance. This position is situated in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on consistently achieving high standards and service excellence. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead by example and join the team.

**Success Profile**
- Passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
- Previous cleaning experience in 5-star Hotel/Resort environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a productive team
- Management or supervisory experience in a comparable environment
- Holding a clean NZ Drivers Licence and able to competently drive a manual vehicle is desirable
- Knowledge of HotSos and Opera would be an advantage
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

**Location**:Arrowtown, Queenstown

**Hours**:Full-time permanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed)

**Pay Banding**:$26.50 - $28.18 gross per hour

Variety is the spice of life You will be responsible for organizing, motivating, and taking care of one area of the resort each day. Ensuring the team members are taken care of and each guests accommodation is presented to a five-star standard prior to check-in time.
