Lodge Supervisor

**Some of the Main Responsibilities include**:

- Managing the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
- Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
- Managing inventory and supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies, to ensure that they are adequately stocked and available when needed.
- Monitoring guest feedback and reviews, and taking steps to address any concerns or complaints.
- Implementing and enforcing lodge policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure that they meet the lodges standards for cleanliness and comfort.
