**The Opportunity**

As a member of the Accounts Payable team, this position will work to provide support for the accurate and efficient processing of invoices for MidCentral.

Duties include:

- Payment of vendor invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Establish and maintain effective office systems and processes
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Taking some vendor enquiries and maintaining a high standard of service
- Proven knowledge and experience in accounts payable processing
- An understanding and ability for reconciliations
- Previous experience in Administration
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a team with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A knowledge of JDE and Approval Plus an advantage

The position has a strong focus on accounts therefore experience in a similar role with accounts duties would be highly advantageous.
