**Accounts Payable Specialist**
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers
- Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Participate in month-end closing procedures
- Requirements:_
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred, particularly SAP
