**Operations Scheduler**
**About the role**
Our team are recruiting for 2 Operations Scheduler's to support our busy Auckland Water Team.
This is a busy phone-based role where you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work efficiently to meet contract requirements and optimise productivity of our crews.
As well as communication with the customers, you will need to build great relationships with the Field Crews as you will be working closely with them to ensure that each job is progressed in a timely manner and the associated administration has been completed accurately. You will need to develop a great understanding of the South Auckland area and be open to understanding what makes our field crews tick
**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes**:
- High standard of English, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills and report writing
- High degree of accuracy, timeliness & attention to detail
- Commitment to a high standard of customer service
- Enjoy a busy environment and thrive under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- A good geographical knowledge of South Auckland
- Upbeat personality and great attitude towards work
- Be organised and have good time management - must have a sense of urgency due to the nature of the work.
- Computer and systems savvy
- Previous experience in dispatching preferred
