As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis and report directly to your Venue Manager. We boast a growing family, an ever evolving whanau of like minded people who all strive each day to look after our guests and each other. We are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for Duty Managers who can hit the ground running, lead an energetic team and smash our customers' expectations out of the park. For this role, you will champion delivering consistently great service, be a team player, maintain composure in a busy environment while successfully multi-tasking the delivery of customer expectations, training and development of your new team as well as be able to drive and grow the business.
- Experience working in a late-night venue is a must
- A current LCQ/Manager's Licence
- Available to work late nights
- A good understanding of Health & Safety
- Ideally knowledge of wage costs and targets
- Strong food & beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing teams
- Leadership skills
