**The Green Man Pub is looking for their next Duty Manager, who has a particular interest in Functions & Events, to help lead the team**

A bit of Irish meets a bit of kiwi and you have one of Wellington’s busiest CBD’s restaurants and bars, The Green Man Pub Boasting a range of craft beer on tap, an extensive bistro-style menu and of course stellar table service, The Green Man has become one of Wellington's favourite places to have a boogie with your mates on a Friday night

As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis and report directly to your Venue Manager. The Green Man boasts a growing family, an ever evolving whanau of like minded people who all strive each day to look after our guests and each other. We are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**We are searching for**:

- For compliance purposes, you must have a current LCQ/Duty Managers Licence
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years hospitality experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
- A good understanding of opening/closing venues & cashing up
- Previous experience managing and leading a team on a shift-by-shift basis
- Competency on both the bar & the floor
- An ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
- A genuine passion for Hospitality, as well as Functions and Events
