We’re looking for a Risk Partner to join our Risk and Resilience team here in Aotearoa.

Woolworths New Zealand has a diverse set of risks to manage. Our Risk plan focuses on enabling leaders and teams to take the right level of risk, manage our material risks end to end, and drive real change to embed a risk focused culture. Our purpose is to guide teams to make risk-informed choices with confidence.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role will support the Risk and Resilience Team to deliver its Risk Management strategy through the implementation of key initiatives related to frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools. The Risk Partner will actively engage with various parts of the Woolworths New Zealand business and its support services to provide advice, constructive challenge and support to further embed Woolworths’ Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and in delivering on our cyclical reporting requirements.
- Provide review, constructive challenge, and insights in relation to the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework requirements across the business.
- Develop strong relationships with the business to gain a detailed understanding of their current risks (operational, strategic and emerging risks), commercial drivers and controls environment.
- Monitor incident management trends, capture key insights of control weakness and conduct control testing where required.
- Contribute and support the development and implementation of practical tools, training and coaching in Risk Management that is tailored to support the business.
- Assist in the preparation of key risk reports such as Board and Risk Committee deliverables and the delivery of key risk initiatives.

- Confident, capable, inquisitive, and able to constructively challenge the business
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical rigour
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
