A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE...

We have two roles for experienced Estimators to join our team, one in our Palmerston North office and one in our Wellington office. These dynamic roles have come about due to growth in our business, and present a very realand rewarding opportunity for the right person/people to play a vital role in our Maycroft team.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will work with various stakeholders internally and externally to:

- Secure profitable business for Maycroft
- Provide succinct and concise project estimates that are clearly and efficiently handed over to the project team
- Provide** **strategic input to tender documents, scoping and packaging trades
- Build and maintain powerful working relationships
- Achieve objectives in a timely and cost effective manner

Success in this role will mean projects secured will support the company’s strategy and set Maycroft up to build great buildings, great people and great relationships.

A BIT ABOUT YOU...
- You are credible - you will know your craft so well that you make the complex sound simple. This means you will have a decent amount of experience in a QS or Estimating role already and be technically competent
- You are passionate -you are prepared to roll your sleeves up to get in amongst the team, you are excited by the thought of learning, developing and supercharging our Estimating function
- You are energised about building your career and creating a footprint at Maycroft
- You are strategic -you are a critical thinker, solutions focused and able to switch from operations to strategy with ease.
