About the Role:


• Lead the estimation process for a diverse range of commercial construction projects


• Prepare accurate cost plans and competitive tenders from concept through to submission


• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure robust and innovative solutions


• Participate in ECI processes, value engineering, and risk analysis


• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience as a Managing Estimator in the commercial construction sector


• Strong knowledge of ECI and competitive tendering methodologies


• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software
