Where making an impact matters.** We’re now looking for a Senior Product Lead to join our Enterprise Hub in a team focussed on Enterprise Security Services. This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, working through ambiguity and is highly organised. Previous experience with implementing identity and access management or security products is preferred - Day to day this could include:_ - Working with the Product Manager to understand the ‘why’ with the goal of enabling the squad to execute the ‘how’, including identifying and anticipating business needs and defining roadmaps - Understand the cyber-security strategy, gathering and translating business requirements into user stories - Refining of user stories, breaking down work to deliver value early and often, and maintaining a high-quality backlog - Developing enduring relationships with your squad, product area leads, stakeholders and vendors - Working with teams across the business to prioritise and drive the implementation and adoption of new security controls - Facilitating agile ceremonies and working closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to build a view of the capability and capacity of the squad **This is us. Where your expertise matters.** - Key experience and expertise you would bring to the role would include:_ - Proven commercial experience working in a cross-functional agile environment in a product role - Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation - Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity - Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective definition of initiatives and associated success criteria - Experience in building operational processes - Familiarity with the delivery and adoption of enterprise security products and controls, such as identity, access management, least privilege, data protection or role-based access is _preferred_ **This is us.
