Where making an impact matters.** As a hands-on as a member of the Product Team, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting our ways of working as well as promoting our team culture within the squads. By doing this you are also ensuring the fluid and rapid delivery of the work best aligned with stakeholder needs and organisational objectives. Where your expertise matters.** _ Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_ - Experience with nCino, Salesforce or an equivalent modern SaaS technology - Proven experience in a Product Owner/Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst role - Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation - Solid understanding and experience working in agile environment - Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity - Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective creation of feature delivery and associated success criteria **Ko tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau |This is us.
