**What role will you play?**

Work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Auckland office.

As a Team Assistant you will provide a variety of support including event coordination, marketing administration, travel and meeting arrangements and any other general administrative duties as required. You will build a rapport with clients and internal stakeholders and assist with the overall smooth running of the office.

**What you offer**
- 2+ years experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Take pride in your work, displaying a high level of attention to detail as well as a strong client service orientation.
- Intermediate/advanced skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident and outgoing nature.
