We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for advising on advertising strategies, supporting business growth, and interpreting consumer trends. Key tasks include planning campaigns, analyzing data, coordinating production, conducting market research, and utilizing digital marketing expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach target markets, raise consumer awareness, and promote the attributes of our products and services.
- Drive business growth through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Interpret and forecast current and future consumer trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and impactful.
- Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns that align with sales objectives and promote our health and wellness products.
- Analyze consumer data and preferences to inform and refine marketing strategies and decisions.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, managing activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Investigate market demand and characteristics for new products and services, collecting and analyzing relevant data and statistical information.
- Utilize digital marketing expertise, particularly on online video platforms, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Use data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, with some finance background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and AI software, with familiarity in online video platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
