Here at Strategy and Governance, we're a small branch with a big job. We provide direction, oversight and leadership across Internal Affairs around risk assurance, project governance, legal services and strategic planning.
The role of EPMO Coordinator in the Analysis and Coordination Team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), is to improve the planning and delivery process by providing administrative support to the EPMO. This is achieved by providing support in the development and maintenance of programme and project methodologies, processes and standards and by developing and maintaining Portfolio registers and reports. The production of progress reports as and when required is also a component of this.
The EPMO Coordinator also supports the Department with Administrator responsibilities for organisational operational software.

**What you will do to contribute includes**:

- Providing a help desk facility for project and programme enquiries/issues/problems
- Developing and utilising the monthly Portfolio reporting calendar
- Developing and maintaining Portfolio registers and producing reports
- Maintaining and updating project inventory and project review documentation
- Providing support services for the EPMO and project management tools, systems and functions including coordinating training and other support
- Building and maintaining effective working networks across the department to enhance programme and project efficiency
- Working effectively as a member of a dynamic, flexible and professional team

**What you will bring includes**:

- Previous experience as a programme or project coordinator
- A demonstrated hands-on ability and a flexible service-orientated attitude
- Experience in MS Word and Excel
- A demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with other parts of the business
