Qualifications and Experience: - NZQA Level 3, 4, or 5 baking qualification or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of industry experience Key Attributes: - Ability to transform creative ideas into delectable baked goods - Customer-focused with a friendly attitude - Team player with the capability to work independently - Flexibility to work non-rostered shifts Responsibilities:Your daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to: - Baking, icing, and decorating cakes for customer orders and display - Daily production of required bread, rolls, and other bread products - Crafting various bakery items such as scones, muffins, cookies, etc. - Effective merchandising of products with attention to stock rotation - Receiving and managing inwards goods - Additional tasks across the store as needed - Implementing and maintaining display and presentation standards - Adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Compliance Procedures - Ensuring Food Safety standards through regular cleaning and temperature checks - Completion of traceability forms as required If you meet these qualifications and have a proactive "can-do" attitude, we encourage you to apply.
