**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing the commercial and financial aspects of a range of contracts including multi-million-dollar field service agreements.
- Overseeing contract execution, compliance, and risk management to protect Powerco’s interests.
- Building strong relationships with service providers to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract delivery.
- Providing proactive health & safety oversight, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- A commercially sharp operator with at least 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Someone with strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of legal frameworks.
- A natural relationship builder who can influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements.
- Technical experience in electricity, construction contracts or high volume field services preferred / or differentiator?
