**Job Description**:
The Publicity, Partnerships & Social Manager is responsible for the leadership of the publicity, partnerships, social, events and activations of film campaigns, including strategy, innovation, implementation, tracking and review across all film titles. Direct report - 1.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and lead the publicity strategy on all film campaigns.
- Extend global and ANZ brand partnership activity, and identify, pitch and land opportunities with local New Zealand brand partners.
- Deliver comprehensive organic social marketing initiatives for all film releases to exceed the objectives of each campaign.
- Budget responsibility for social, publicity and partnerships.
- Lead and inspire outstanding work from the Publicity, Partnerships and Social Executive.
- Work closely with the NZ and ANZ Marketing teams to contribute to overall campaign strategies to deliver outstanding results for every campaign.
- Drive innovation and creativity across the team.

**Qualifications**:
You will be a natural relationship builder with a passion for all things film. You will thrive in an environment where you can be creative and push the boundaries while working to tight deadlines across a range of varying campaigns simultaneously. You’ll be a dedicated team player and will actively contribute across all areas of the business

Skills required:

- Minimum of five years press office/publicity and events experience in related field.
- Minimum five years relevant social media management experience.
- Experience in brand partnerships or consumer licensing.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with the New Zealand entertainment and media landscape.
- Relevant qualification in marketing and/or a related discipline.
- Right to live and work in NZ.
