Our Finance Partnering Teams support delivery of the finance strategy, co-piloting the enterprise to be the bank for NZ through being a trusted partner on Leadership Teams and providing insights and analytics to support the achievement of financial goals.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Are you an experienced Finance Partner who wants to progress their career and help support a large-scale transformation project? We have an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity available, working closely with the project delivery team to provide financial and commercial insights, and support delivery against key milestones.

We are a tight team with a fun dynamic where we challenge and support each other. The Divisional Performance team covers a wide scope and includes many people of differing levels of experience and background, providing an environment that allows everyone to grow and develop.

You will also work closely with the project team, in a collaborative environment building relationships across the business.

**What attributes will this person display to be successful in this role?**

We are looking for someone with a strong financial background and a high level of business and commercial acumen, comfortable navigating complexity and managing ambiguity.

You will also have strong stakeholder management skills, ideally with previous experience in project delivery.
