Ko wai koe | About You
Christchurch Women - s Hospital is a modern tertiary
hospital providing secondary and tertiary level Gynaecological Oncology
services for the South Island, serving a population of 1 million. We also
provide maternity services for approximately 6,000 births per annum and a full
range of gynaecology services, including specialist Fetal Medicine. There are
close links between our Gynaecological Oncology clinicians and the University
of Otago department of O&G which is co-located on site. We see 230 new
cancers a year.

- Fixed-term (12
months), full-time Gynaecological
Oncology Fellow
- You will have completed basic and be undertaking advanced
vocational training. Alternatively, you may hold a fellowship
qualification in Obstetrics and gynaecology.
- You must be eligible for general or provisional general
registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You can check your

- The post is fully accredited with the RANZCOG Certification in
Gynaecological Oncology training programme (CGO) and preference will be
given for those approved for this programme.
