**About the role**

We’re not looking for your average Health & Safety ‘officer,’ but a friendly, collaborative approachable - go getter, who is passionate about making our workplace safer for all those who have contact with our stores and brands (think New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square and Gilmours)

As a Health & Safety Business Partner you will be part of a team who are fostering a positive safety culture, encouraging team members to become actively engaged in safety and wellbeing activities with a consultative, advisory approach.

Your portfolio will be across the Four Square Banner for the Lower North Island stores, and you’ll ideally be based in Wellington (Also open to considering other areas of the Lower North Island).

**About you**
- You will be competent in MS Office software, and have experience in SharePoint administration, or similar.
- You will need a basic understanding in conducting accident investigation, hazard assessments and involvement in workplace audits.
- Ideally you have experience in working with safety systems - or similar and or auditing to an in internal safety management standard.
- You may already be working in a Store compliance role and want a new challenge.
- You will be able to demonstrate that you can give sound advice and know what you need to know to help our stores become more successful in all aspects of safety.
- Flexibility to travel within Wellington as well as surrounding lower North Island stores
