**The Company**:
One of NZ's most recognized Network Operators and Managed IT Services providers is on the hunt for what is best described as a Network Provisioning Engineer.

**The role**:
Our client has created the Provisioning Engineer position, where you will be responsible forMACD's (Moves, Add, Changes and Deletions) of technologies which Copper, Fibre, MPLS, Ethernet, Radio, and Voice (including SIP), as well as customer premise equipment.

Day to day you will be relinquishing Ethernet, IP, and Voice services. You will also be updating the configurations within our client's core platforms.

**About yourself**:
Technically minded, as a 3-5 year experienced Provisioning Engineer, your core experience is in routing, switching, MPLS/IP Networking. You can clearly describe OSI and be at ease updating network design documentation.

**Core Technical Requirements**:

- 3-5 years commercial networking experience in large to enterprise MPLS/IP network environments.
- Fundamental knowledge of Routing Protocols and Hardware Platforms including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP, Cisco, Nokia, Fortinet, RADETX.
- Demonstrated experience with the various layers of a carriers core network infrastructure and services, from customer premise equipment to provider edge.
- Strong planning, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver exceptional experience to customers.
- Experience with Alcatel / Nokia core network is highly desirable.
- Fortinet and Cisco certifications, specifically NSE4, CCNP is seen as HIGHLY desirable (or self study planned or underway towards these certifications is acceptable).
