**About the Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results driven individual to join the Auckland team in the role of Branch Manager. This is very much a varied and “hands-on” employee and customer facing role that sits on the senior leadership team and reports into the General Manager - NZ Operations. In this role, you will take ownership and control of the ongoing success of our Auckland branch, by being responsible for leading culture and maintaining employee engagement, while guiding and mentoring a varied workforce including a service and workshop team, a parts and warehouse team and other specialist departments. The Branch Manager will play a fundamental part in inspiring all employees to be the best they can be, all while fostering a positive and harmonious atmosphere, ensuring sales opportunities are optimised and customer service levels are second to none.

**About You**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will offer:

- Prior experience in a leadership / management position, preferably within the heavy transport or industrial engine industries
- Proven experience managing a branch to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets in line with the operational plan
- The confidence to develop relationships with a range of employees, customers and stakeholders, with a determination to identify and deliver on new business opportunities
- A passionate, sociable and engaging personality with proven experience managing a high-performing and technically astute team while positioning a branch to succeed
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to analyse, forecast, budget and evaluate variances and make recommendations for improvements
- An ability to influence and motivate others to achieve our five year business vision
- An understanding of and the ability to manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing in the workplace
- Resilience and determination
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Strong financial literacy and excellent attention to detail
