- As the Branch Manager you will proactively lead the Wellington Branch team including sales, administration and roofing staff. You will be passionate about fostering an environment of continuous improvement with a focus on excellent customer service and results. Reporting to the General Manager, and as a part of the wider management team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all services throughout the wider Wellington region. You will be expected to manage and motivate the sales staff, and will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to clients whilst maintaining the administrative functions, budgets and financial reporting critical to effective branch operations.**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Proven operational management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve results
- Ideally have a roofing, construction or property maintenance background
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- The ability to manage necessary financial and administrative duties of the role
- A reasonable level of computer literacy
- A genuine passion for developing high performing teams
