Our team culture encourages innovation, we care about your professional development, and you will be working with an elite and motivated team of professionals. **About the Role** - The purpose of this role is to ensure that corporate data across the organisation is accurate and complete to increase the value of council data to enable better decision making. This role will liaise with all the business units including Information Services, to promote data quality, sustainability and understanding while also be actively involved in some data cleansing projects. **Do you have what it takes? - **This is a busy role and if you want plenty of variety, this role has it from creating and leading an active group of data champions and working with those champions, the Business Intelligence Team and the Rates Officer to address identified data inconsistencies across the organisation and ensure units are trained on managing their data. You will also identify data sources and get agreement on existing and proposed data relationship interactions and accuracy, produce reports as required on data related matters and provide recommendations to improve the quality of Council data. In addition, you will also provide backup duties for other roles within IM if and when required.
