We're looking for a technically skilled Database & Reporting Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team and play a key role in the rollout and long-term support of our current implementations and broader operational systems.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role, responsible for building and maintaining the backbone of our data infrastructure. You'll lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of databases and data sources across SQL, cloud platforms, and third-party systems—ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity across our operations.

While the initial phase of the role will involve supporting a major system rollout—including report and dashboard development, user testing, and delivery—the long-term focus will shift to supporting, maintaining and optimising our reporting and database environment. This includes regular maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with teams across manufacturing, warehouse, and finance to ensure our reporting and data systems continue to meet evolving business needs.

You'll play a key role in ensuring data reliability, supporting business continuity, and enabling smarter decision-making through well-structured, accessible data systems.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in database architecture, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Grafana.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, system integration, and data hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
